\\ Common questions

Before you book the intro.

What if my team is over 75 employees?
For 75–250 employees we run an enterprise build — typically 3–5 Dream Managers, dedicated program lead, custom reporting. Pricing scales from there and we quote on the intro call. Above 250 we partner you with an enterprise-scale provider in the network.
Does every employee have to participate?
No — participation is voluntary. We've found 70–85% of an eligible cohort opts in once they understand the program isn't performance-management in disguise. The opt-in rate climbs in year two as the first cycle's results become visible.
Who sees the dreams my employees share?
Only the Dream Manager. Specific dream content is never shared with leadership. What leadership sees is anonymized aggregate signal — engagement, milestone completion rates, themes — never the personal content. This boundary is what makes the program work.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel at any cycle boundary (every 12 months) with 60 days' notice. No lock-in. Most clients renew because the second cycle is where the compound effects really land — but that's because the first one delivered, not because of contractual friction.
Is this the same Dream Manager program as Matthew Kelly's book?
Same methodology, modernized delivery. The framework is Kelly's. The structured 12-month cycle, certified Dream Manager network, and DreamCompass platform are the implementation layer we've built around it over the last decade.
