Step 01
Culture profile from your team.
After the intro call, we send a brief culture profile — industry, team demographics, leadership style, language preferences, and what kind of presence the team responds to (warm and conversational vs structured and direct). Takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Step 02
3–4 candidate Dream Managers presented.
Based on the profile, we surface 3–4 candidate Dream Managers from the network. Each has bios, prior engagement examples, and a 5-minute intro video. You and the program sponsor pick a top 2 to interview.

Step 03
Match selected. Program begins.
After the leadership interview, you make the final selection. Onboarding starts within 14 days — discovery sessions with employees, platform configuration, leadership briefing. By week six the cycle is fully running.

Re-match guaranteed in the first 90 days.
If the match isn't right — wrong style, wrong cadence, wrong personality fit — we'll re-match inside the first 90 days at no additional cost. It happens in fewer than 1 in 12 engagements, but it's a real option, not a footnote.
