Privacy Policy

Dream Compass ("we", "the app", "the platform") is operated by Trinity One Consulting LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We aim for clarity over legalese.
What we collect
Account information
- Name and email address (you provide these at sign-up)
- Authentication identifiers (Supabase user ID; Apple ID identifier if you use Sign in with Apple)
- Role within the platform (Dreamer, Dream Manager, Admin)
Content you create
- Dreams you list and update (text, category, status)
- Session responses and reflections (your written answers across the 12 sessions)
- Journal entries
- Weekly Pulse responses
- Photos you upload to the Dream Wall (when applicable)
Usage data
- Sessions started and completed
- Last active timestamp
- Trial start date
Payment information
- Subscription status, plan, and billing cycle (we do not store credit-card numbers — that data lives only with Stripe, Apple, or Google)
How we use it
- To run the program: deliver session content, track your progress, send check-in nudges
- To provide your assigned Dream Manager with the information they need to coach you
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve the product (aggregate, anonymized usage analytics)
- To send you transactional emails (welcome, weekly digest, anniversary, trial expiry, password resets)
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to operate the platform. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Stores all your content.
- Stripe — web subscription billing. Receives email and payment info.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app subscription billing on iOS / Android. Subject to their own privacy policies.
- RevenueCat — unifies subscription state across Stripe, Apple IAP, and Google Play Billing.
- MailerLite — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI coaching prompts in the Coach tab. Your messages to the AI Coach are sent to Anthropic for processing.
- Zoho CRM — internal sales pipeline (we record subscription deals, not your dreams or journal content).
- Netlify — hosting and serverless functions.
We do not sell your data, ever. We do not use your written content to train AI models.
Your rights
- Access — you can see and export everything we have about you from inside the app (Account → Export PDF).
- Correction — edit your profile and content at any time.
- Deletion — delete your account from inside the app (Account → Delete account). Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.
- Portability — request a machine-readable export by emailing us.
Children
Dream Compass is not intended for users under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we delete it.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we hard-delete after 30 days. Some records (billing, legal compliance) may persist longer where required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (Supabase managed encryption). Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens. Sessions automatically expire.
International users
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. By using the app you consent to your data being processed in the U.S. We comply with the GDPR data subject rights for EU users on request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice and email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
